As early as 1989, Tengtou established a talent cultivation reward fund, rewarding students admitted to universities, master's and doctoral degrees with 10,000 to 50,000 yuan. So far, it has rewarded 3 doctoral students, 31 master's students and more than 100 university graduates, with total bonuses exceeding 2 million yuan.
